Life Skills Development Program for Teens

This eight-week teen program is an interactive educational program designed to help teens develop skills for coping with current and future stress and anxiety. Through a series of easy-to-follow weekly sessions, complete with skills-building activities, this evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based program teaches techniques for coping with stress and anxiety.
