It is also equipped with chromotherapy (color light therapy) to burn up to 400 calories per session; increase metabolism; detoxify; lower blood pressure; and decrease inflammation and joint pain.

Infrared saunas can help boost heart health and reduce blood pressure similar to walking at a moderate pace. Other services include salt cave (halotherapy), oxygen bar, infrared sauna, signature hydro-oxygen salt facial and red light therapy.
